Friday 6th Dec I wanted to do this to support. So many of us have testimonies & unthinkable shit & heartache we’ve delt with.I’ve been in the darkness of hopelessness. I’ve been in that place where I’ve wanted to die. I’ve been in that place of emptiness so heavy you feel as if your soul has an unending hole that can never be filled up again. I’ve been there, In my most darkest moment I attempted suicide.
But, I lived. I lived and still live with mental health struggles. I get it. I understand your darkness. I understand you.
I’ve lost people I love to suicide. I’m doing this for them. I’m doing this for me. I’m doing this for my family. I’m doing this for you & your families.
