We all have those good and bad days. It's been on my heart for quite some time to get active in the communities. In any little ways big or small however I can help. I chose this fundraiser since I like to cold dip already. I also want to raise awareness for suicide prevention and those struggling mentally to gain the motivation they need to pursue their callings. I’ve dealt with loss of loved ones who fought silently. And it crushes me. I hope we all can gain the strength and courage to ask for help when we need it most. I love you. ❤️
