Why

Monday 9th Dec
Most of you know that we tragically lost my sister to suicide last October. 
Jay, Dj and Kellian miss their mother every single day. We all do. 
We have vowed to keep her memory alive and to raise awareness to the mental health crisis and end suicide.
So, we are going to end the year with a polar plunge in her memory. We hope you can all join us. I've set out fundraising goal on the smaller side. 
Our small town has been effect by suicide way to many times. We are taking the plunge for my sister, but we'd love if you took the plunge in memory of your loved one along side us!
We plan to take a dip in Sampson pond at 330pm on New Year's Eve!
