I've decided to do a December Dip in cold water to raise funds for the charity To Write Love On Her Arms so they can help prevent suicide. This cause is very close to my heart because I've lost loved ones to suicide and face my own daily battle with these thoughts. I'd be delighted if you made a donation to support me, my challenge, and give hope and help to people who really need it this holiday season. To anyone who is struggling with this, I do this for you. I will be doing the December dip on Dec 17th 2024!
