Life is Beautiful and Yours Matters
Monday 30th Dec Two years ago my husband was ready to take his life. It was the worst day of mine. I don't know how I managed to save him. It was terrifying and I spent the entire day trying to make him feel better. Nothing was working. All I could think about was our daughters and how this would impact them for the rest of their lives.Not many things in life are permanent, but suicide is. I don't know anyone who hasn't been impacted by it somehow, and that breaks my heart.
When I came across this fundraiser, I knew I could do something to help. My daughter and I did the dip together in the Atlantic Ocean on Jekyll Island on Christmas day. It was an experience well both remember. Thank you for staying this! Looking forward to doing it again.
