Plunge day

Sunday 29th Dec
12/29/24 a break in the rain and a refreshing plunge. Air temperature 50 degrees and water temperature 39 degrees. As this year comes to an end, Iā€™m happy to report that my story is not yet finished. Happy and healthy mental health to all.
