Lost my Dad to suicide May 7,2021. We weren’t in contact at the time and had had an estranged relationship but I  wish I had set  aside our issues and checked in on him or that he had reached out. No matter what if you feel like you are fighting a fight you can’t alone , reach out to anyone, no one  fight that battle alone. No matter what you should stay. Trying to raise some funds for Tuesday but mostly raise awareness, there is help out there-no one should feel like they can’t stay another day. Thank you and just keep swimming 🐠
