Friday 6th DecI will be doing a cold dip in the ocean on December 29th (my birthday) to bring awareness and to collect donations for the December Dip for Suicide Prevention.

Even $1 is a joyous gift. There is power in community, and I am thankful for even just a share. Losing someone to suicide has such a ripple effect throughout generations, spreading insurmountable pain in family and friends homes. I deeply know what it feels like to have been the one who needed this help. The photo in my profile is one day before I almost tried to end my life. Thank God for people who stepped in to care for my mind when I could not.
