I am a huge supporter of programs that are vocal about depression and suicide. I struggled for so long with depression before my general physician convinced my that medication might help. It made a HUGE difference in my life and I wish I had, had the discussion so much sooner! Therapy has been a wonderful way to get perspective and learn some tips and tricks to keep my mind from spiraling out of control. If you think you need help do not wait to get help and if you are suicidal dial/text 988. To Write Love on Her Arms is one of the first organizations that I connected with and I would love a donation to help them continue their mission. I love the cold and don't mind taking a freezing plunge to further a great cause. Thank you for considering a donation!
